Artemisinin Conference 2013

2012 saw many uncertainties in the artemisinin market, particularly regarding the availability of donor funds for ACT procurement. For this reason 2012's conference was postponed until after the Global Fund's decision on AMFm in mid-November 2012. The conference was held 15-16 January at the Windsor Hotel, Nairobi, in Kenya. It brought together just under 150 stakeholders from within the field of malaria and the Artemisia>Artemisinin>ACT supply chain.
